    At Paxton House we support people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, behaviours that are perceived to be challenging, non-verbal communication and/or Autistic spectrum disorders.

    To work with the Service Manager to support the 24-hour management of the service, ensuring that all aspects of care and service delivery is focused on meeting the needs of the people we support.

    Monitoring, coordination and day to day management of the team.
    Manage day-to-day staffing, resources of the service and ensuring rotas are planned.
    Help and co-operate in effective management of staff budgets by careful organization.
    Participate in on-call rota to provide managerial support across mutiple services.
    Experience in a senior role required.
    Ideally hold an NVQ level 3 and willing to work towards level 5.
