Support the Regional Operation Manager in the delivery of the support service.
Deliver services/demands alongside Contracts and Local Authorities.
Provide comprehensive Supported Housing Management services to customers.
Develop, deliver customer centred plans and services.
Support a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.
Provide leadership and management of staff.
Work with colleagues and external partners to deliver joined up services to customers.
Deliver value for money services for our customers.
Provide and ensure compliance is adhered to monitored.
Provide all statistical information and to produce reports as required.
