    Lettings Coordinator
    Southwell, NG25 0HQ

    • 37.5 hours, Saturday on rota, day off in the week
    • Permanent position
    • Salary circa £25,000 per annum
    • Commission structure (available after 3-month probation)

    About the Lettings Coordinator Role:

    The successful applicant will be an integral member of the team, managing various aspects of property letting operations.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Liaising with tenants on tenancy matters
    • Handling tenant inquiries and arranging repairs
    • Coordinating property maintenance and inspections
    • Maintaining accurate records and compliance
    • Providing general administrative support
    • Managing landlord and tenant disputes
    • Collaborating with TDS and Disputes
    • Facilitating utility changes
    • Conducting lettings admin and customer service
    • Assisting in valuations and business development

    The Ideal Candidate:

    Our client is seeking a candidate with relevant experience and exceptional organisational skills.

    That person will possess:

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
    • Knowledge of property management regulations
    • Proficiency in administrative tasks

    • A valid driver's license (preferred)
