We are currently partnered with a leading specialist contractor based in Coventry that are looking for Site Manager to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities:
As a roaming Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating flat roofing projects.

Your expertise in single ply membrane roofs, felt roofing, and hot melts will be crucial in ensuring successful project execution.

Here is what you will be responsible for:

Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and meets client expectations.

Budget Control:
Monitor project costs, negotiate contracts, and optimise resource allocation.

Team Leadership:
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones. Excellent leadership and man management abilities to motivate and guide teams toward project success.

Health and Safety:
Prioritise safety protocols and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven Experience:
A proven practical history from being on the tools progressing to Site Manager within the flat roofing industry.

Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of single ply membrane roofs and felt roofing, and hot melt systems.
