**Trainee Estimator- Bromsgrove
- Salary up to £24,000 DOE
- Permanent**Arden Personnel is exclusively working for a great business based in Bromsgrove. This is a Trainee role and the company will help train and develop you to become a key member of the sales and estimating team.
As a Trainee Estimator, your main responsibilities will be;
- Ensure that customer enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. Provide costing information in line with company guidelines.
- All estimates and quotations to be produced using the company's bespoke software estimating system.
- To negotiate with new and existing customers on new and quoted projects and secure the business in line with sales and margin targets agreed.
- To develop a good relationship with new and existing customers by maintaining regular contact.
- To contribute to a smooth and successful sales to contracts handover process including the provision of clear costing and technical information.
- Maintain correct paper and paperless records for Contracts ensuring that correspondence is accessible at the earliest opportunity.
- Maintain and update social media in line with information provided by the business.
To be considered for our Trainee Estimator role;
- No specific qualifications are required but a good level of English language, mathematics, and IT skills, level 6 and above, or equivalent.

- Ability to interpret customer requirements from construction industry drawings and text.
- Experience working in a contracting or similar environment
- A current clean driving license is required.
