    Our Redditch-based client is gearing up for the next phase of expansion and is actively seeking a dedicated Internal Account Manager.

    The primary responsibility of the role is to guarantee that customers' requirements are met, ensuring exceptional service and customer care.

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is not only passionate about delivering outstanding results but also possesses a track record of successfully cultivating and managing key accounts.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate intelligence and intuition in comprehending customer needs and crafting appropriate responses. A person who naturally possesses the ability to roll their sleeves up, make decisions, and get things done. They will bring a personable touch to the role, ensuring interactions with customers are a truly exceptional experience.
    Day to day duties and responsibilities for the Internal Account Manager role.

    Working collaboratively with the order processing team to handle incoming enquiries via email and phone, addressing and responding promptly and professionally.

    Providing detailed information about products, services, and pricing.
    Prepare and generate accurate quotations, liaising with purchasing where required, ensuring timely delivery.
    Processing orders efficiently, coordinating with production and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment.
    Investigate and resolve concerns or issues effectively. Collaborating with relevant departments where needed, to provide comprehensive solutions. Ensuring regular contact with customers is maintained throughout.
    Manage, track, and analyse trends and behaviours around customer spending patterns, making recommendations to optimise income.
    Work alongside the Marketing Manager to support in Campaigns and Initiatives ensuring successful fulfilment and tracking of results.
    Support both the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager by conducting outreach for sales promotions and special offers.

    Utilise data from internal systems to analyse and identify potential sales opportunities, including upselling and cross selling of products to customers.

    Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences.
    Conduct presentations and demonstrations to customers showcasing the benefits of new offerings, solutions, and products.
    Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and services. Facilitating internal actions to enhance customer experience.
    Where required visit customers to build relationships, resolve issues, gain in depth feedback and elevate the customer experience.

    Will understand what is good for the business and customers and know our capabilities and product ranges.
    Excellent communication skills with an ability to converse at all levels and build relationships.

    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with a good understanding of Order ManagementA high degree of accuracy with an eye for detailPersistent with an ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.

    Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
    A flexible, positive, and resilient individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
