    £40,000 - £55,000 + Car Package + Commission

    Remote with UK travel to customer visits

    Our long-standing trusted partner is looking to bring on board a new member to their organisation experienced as a Channel / Partner Manager to grow their partner presence in the Payment Solutions / Automated Payments Software arena.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner / Channel Manager to join our growing team. As a Partner / Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach for their SaaS solution. The Partner / Channel Manager will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with partners to maximize mutual business opportunities.


    The Channel / Partner Manager Role Description:

    The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. They will handle new business acquisition and account management. This is a hybrid role with UK travel to customer / potential partner sites.

    The Channel / Partner Manager will have responsibilities to include:

    • Develop and execute partner channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, consultants, and other relevant partners.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication, training, and support to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to develop and implement joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
    • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, sales tools, and marketing materials, to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support our solution.
    • Monitor and analyse partner performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Continuously assess and improve partner program effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partner strategies and initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote our solution and build relationships within the partner ecosystem.


    Qualifications & desirables of the Channel / Partner Manager:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in partner/channel management, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and levels.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
    • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
    • Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative and creativity.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Previous experience in the Payment Solutions / Automated Payments Software is HUGELY advantageous


    What the Channel / Partner Manager will receive:

    • A basic salary of up to £55,000
