Staff 365 are looking to recruit a HR Advisor for our client based in Ripley.


Location:
Denby, Ripley


Salary: 35k to 40k


Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

The HR Advisor role supports the business across a range of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, change management, employee engagement employee relations,


DUTIES
Providing guidance on HR policies and processes to Line Managers and employees

Providing guidance and support across a range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, change management and employee engagement

Assist the HR Manager in developing company people plans.

Providing Line Managers with the tools and training they need to manage absence, team development, performance etc.

Delivery of HR induction for new starters

Ensuring all elements of HR administration are carried out - e.g. starters, leavers, referencing, right to work checks etc.

Maintaining accurate and up-to date information on the HR system.

Responsibility for various ad-hoc HR and Administrative tasks.

Play a key role in ensuring GDPR compliance and awareness across the business


KEY SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication

Excellent attention to detail

Proven ability to operate independently and take the initiative to plan workload

Excellent interpersonal skills

Highly organised and have the ability to prioritise


EXPERIENCE
Experience in an HR Advisor role is essential

Demonstrable ER experience including evidence of complex HR issues

Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment is desirable


KNOWLEDGE
Good and up to date Employment Law knowledge

EDUCATION/TRAINING

CIPD Level 5 qualified
