Type - Permanent
Location - London
Hybrid - 2 days a week in office

We are looking for an Information Security Third Party (TP) and Internal Audit (IA) Analyst to join the team to be responsible to design and implement an effective due diligence programme.


Key Responsibilities
-
Central point of contact to manage IS audits, coordinating control owners, control testers and senior managers to gather evidence in an appropriate way to present back to multiple internal and external auditors to satisfy compliance and effectiveness,as per the scope of the audit(s)

Responsible for managing and ensuring that any remediation plans from audits are recorded, effective action plans are in place and are followed through to completion

Take ownership and manage third party due diligence form an information security perspective

Point of contact between procurement, risk and IT to ensure that suppliers are graded appropriately. Using a risk-based approach build, plan and operationalise a programme of ongoing due diligence that is carried out in a timely manner

Integral to the planning, managing the 30/60/90-day agile reviews of objectives across the IT Security team

Skills and Experience
-
This is an entry level information security role, so though information security knowledge is not a requirement it would be an advantage

Excellent organisational skills essential

Liaising and build relationships with key stakeholders and externally with vendors

:

-
Excellent communications skills, required

:

-
Ability to produce high quality reports for all levels of stakeholders

-
Self-starter and willingness to self-learn

:

-
Understanding of implementing security and compliance best-practice processes and procedures, preferable

Experience working in a complex technical environment

:

Experience working as a coordinator of a project team

:

-
Experience managing projects that require interaction with the business
