Key Responsibilities:

Precision Manufacturing:
Collaborate with a skilled team to produce machined components from technical drawings, utilizing CNC Lathes and Milling machines.

Machine Setup:

Master the art of setting up CNC machines by selecting appropriate tools, fine-tuning tolerance levels, and optimizing cutting speeds for peak performance.

Technical Translation:
Interpret intricate part drawings, translating them into precise measurements for seamless production.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct meticulous inspections to uphold stringent technical and quality standards, ensuring flawless output.

Efficiency Enhancement:
Develop strategic work plans to streamline daily machining operations, maximizing productivity.

Position Details:
Full-

Time Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 14:45; Friday 06:30 - 12:30 and Monday to Wednesday 19:30 - 06:00; Thursday 19:30 - 05:00 (rotational shift every 4 weeks, subject to further discussion in the interview)

Pay Rate:
£ £17.00 per hour (based on experience)
