Description
We are currently recruiting for a
Citizen Machine Setter on behalf of our client based in Wednesbury working
Nights.

The pay rate is between £13ph - £15ph.
The
Citizen Machine Setter will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Loading programmes, changing programmes and setting tools to the drawing
  • Starting machines up in the morning and setting machines up for night running
  • Program writing and Fanuc controls
  • Changing tips and ensuring that machines are loaded with material and machine count set
  • Checking components are in tolerance to drawing and adjusting machine offsets
  • Rectifying any problems during operation and prevent reoccurence
  • Clearing swarf and spin out oil
  • Maintaining machines ensuring full of oil and kept clean
  • Ensuring a safe working environment

Skills & Experience required;

  • Good communication skills
  • Hard working
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour

  • Wednesbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- machine setter: 1 year (preferred)
