    TOP P. E. firm are looking for a dynamic and skilled Junior/Team Assistant to join the ranks and provide essential support to their Executive Assistant and team members. This could suit a 2nd jobber - someone with up to a year's experience within Professional Services.

    Job Purpose: As a Team Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within their large and dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Welcoming and assisting clients with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Organizing meeting spaces and catering arrangements as needed.
    • Handling office tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding documents.
    • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
    • Facilitating courier services and managing postage for local and international deliveries.
    • Utilizing booking systems to schedule meetings efficiently.
    • Assisting with expense reporting and maintaining accurate records.
    • Inputting business card details into our database.
    • Arranging restaurant bookings for business-related events.
    • Providing daily support to the Team, including liaising with IT and office management.
    • Assisting with new employee onboarding processes.
