Full-Time**Macildowie are thrilled to be partnering alongside a
Financial Services business in
Derby.
Our client is expanding their ever-growing resolutions team and is in search for their next
Complaints Investigator.

This is a
full-time, permanent positon working Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 - 17:30.

They also offer an attractive
hybrid working model, with the requirement to work 3 days in their newly refurbished office and the remaining 2 days from home.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Identify and investigate financial complaints handled by the business and third parties.
  • Ensure fair customer outcomes whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Liaising with firms and advisers to obtain relevant client files and case reports.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for audit trails and producing market intelligence.
  • Provide recommendations for complaint resolution and draft responses.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to demonstrate a positive "cando" attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • CeMAP qualified would be highly desirable.
  • Organised with a solutionled mind set.
  • Experience within financial services; preferable Mortgage or Insurance is essential.
