M&E Apprentice - Air Conditioning:

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Greater London

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an M&E Apprentice - Air Conditioning to join our mobile maintenance team supporting a number of healthcare, education and central and local government sites across London and the South East on a 4 year apprenticeship scheme.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key activities:

Support the site facilities team in the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services
Carry out planned and responsive repairs to M&E systems, action tasks within the required timescales and escalate issues to more senior engineers, where appropriate
Respond promptly and politely to service requests, including those received directly from the client
Effectively communicate and build relationships with the Bouygues team, building users and client representatives
Ongoing awareness of Health and Safety and follow procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
To manage own college workload and take ownership for timely completion of assignments
Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; this is a 4 year apprenticeship

Skills, qualifications & experience:

5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C/94, including English and Maths
Willingness to work in a trainee role to attain a range of technical skills
Understanding of building services installation and maintenance techniques at a basic level essential
IT Literate
Experience working in a team (either from work, education or hobbies)
Excellent communication skills
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but not essential
