Description
My client, a rapidly expanding media business, is seeking an experienced People Manager as they move into an exciting new phase of growth.
They need someone who will be responsible for driving their people engagement, bringing HR disciplines, including performancemanagement and career development to a growing business.
Responsibilities will include ownership of the HR processes and systems, including supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees, compliance, organising training and development and variousother ad hoc projects.
This role is envisaged to be full time (hybrid - 3 days in the office) but could also be suitable for someone very experienced who is looking for more part time flexibility.
