Our client, an international law firm is recruiting for a Corporate Insurance Senior Associate for their Corporate Insurance / Corporate team in Dubai.

You will work mainly with a highly respected partner that is earmarked as a "Next Generation Partner" by Legal500 and has recently been shortlisted within the championing diversity category of the Middle East Legal Awards 2023.

She advises clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, insurance and reinsurance, logistics, FMBG etc on a range of complex corporate, M&A transactions.

Within a supportive environment, this allows you the autonomy and development opportunity to drive and make a significant contribution to the matter outcome.

They are looking for a Mid to Senior Associate who enjoys working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team with the following experience:

Strong corporate / M&A experience gained from private practice or a mixture of private practice and in house, is essential

Regional Middle East experience is highly preferred, as is experience working with clients in the insurance/regulatory and healthcare industry.

Commitment, discipline, accountability and performance/growth oriented approach are a must.
Strong academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Friendly and people-focused attitude are well regarded Commercial awareness and confidence in building a rapport with clients to gain a better understanding of their business' needs and with the assistance of the partner, actively developing these client relationships.

Bi-lingual English and Arabic is preferred.
