Customer Experience Representative based Guiseley, Leeds

Salary up to £28,000 per annum
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative. Our purpose at Stiltz is to empower people to live life to the fullest in their own homes.

We design, manufacture, and install our industry leading Stiltz Homelifts that restore independence, and bring back the joy of mobility.

We're on a mission to create exceptional customer journeys, and that's where YOU will come in You'll be the friendly voice behind amazing customer journeys, ensuring every touchpoint is smooth and positive.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Support our awesome

Customer Experience Manager:
Partner on projects to make our customer journeys the absolute best.

  • Champion Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure complaints are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
  • Gather valuable feedback: Attend occasional onsite installations to ensure a smooth experience and learn what matters most to customers.
  • Channel your inner detective: Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and propose solutions that truly elevate the customer experience.

  • Experience in process mapping and improvement you're great at streamlining systems
  • A background in customer service (phone or facetoface) you understand the customer journey inside and out.
