Purpose of the job

Our new post of Customer Insight and Experience Officer will be focusing on using business intelligence to identify improvement initiatives and solutions which support continuous service improvement enabling us to deliver the very best service to our customers and the community we serve.

They will be our "service matter expert" providing professional advice and guidance on appropriate research and engagement methodologies as well as developing toolkits and training to upskill other teams.

The role is a great opportunity to make a real difference to our customers and community by giving our teams the insight and skills they need to improve the areas that matter the most.

About you
- brilliant research and analysis skills
- a good understanding of different services and issues in our sector
- highly developed professional skills and expertise in providing advice and guidance in customer insight, business intelligence and research methodologies
- excellent ICT skills
- interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and present complex information in a way a range of audiences understand
