    NRL are working with a leading Tier 1 Building Services contractor who require a number of Electrical Supervisors to join their team on a permanent staff basis, offering career progression and longevity.

    Our client is involved with the most prestigious of projects in Teesside, the North East and UK.

    You will be responsible for many aspects of the contract, working closely with the Project Management team, bringing your skills and aptitudes to the Site, providing essential knowledge/advice and making educated decisions.

    Managing other supervisory staff as required.

    Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:

    · Experience in a Supervisory role

    · Assist in the Management of Subcontractor variation accounts

    · Actively manage labour productivity / cost

    · Coach and mentor other Supervisors, Operatives and Apprentices

    · Labour resource planning

    · Contribute to Cost Forecasts

    · Inspection and Test Plan preparation and implementation

    · Identify and assist in pricing Variations

    · Assist with the Production of Operating and Maintenance manuals and "As fitted " drawings

    · Liaise with Architect and Consultant

    · Spread Best Practise across projects

    · Assist in the Valuation of Sub Contract works

    · Control of Sub Contractor works

    · Awareness of labour cost within budget

    · Contribute to Project /Team Strategy

    · Control of Site Productivity Incentive Scheme

    · Engineer installation working drawings

    · Demonstrate project finance awareness/ knowledge

    · Attendance on Design/Progress meetings
