    We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

    Requirements

    We are now looking for a Business Readiness Business Analyst to join us on a 12 month Fix Term Contract.

    In the role you will:

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define business readiness plans
    • Develop and execute robust change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new initiatives
    • Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimise business processes
    • Utilise best practices in project management to drive successful project implementation
    • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure alignment and buy-in for new initiatives
    • Analyse data and produce insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
    • Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt new initiatives

    Ideally you would have:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
    • Proven experience in business readiness or change management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
