Information about the role:
We are seeking a senior business partner to The Chief Commercial Officer who oversees global procurement and pricing. This role reports to the Commercial Finance Director and also sits on the Commercial Senior Management Team.

The team scope includes procurement and pricing strategies, margin expansion opportunities, benefits realisation and driving working capital efficiency across the areas controlled by this team including rebates recovery and supplier payment terms.

We're looking for someone who will make an immediate difference to our cash generation and will suit someone with a high degree of commercial acumen coupled with a problem-solving mindset and the tenacity to land significant cross-functional changes.

What are we looking for? * Experience in an entrepreneurial environment, where decisions can be made quickly, processes can be immature and a hands-on approach helps everyone to succeed * Commercial acumen and proven success driving procurement and pricing benefit realisation * Depth of experience in reinforcing financial processes, especially end to end rebate recovery, ideally from a retail, CPG or similar background * Proficient in preparing material for, and presenting to senior executives towards gaining engagement, maintain buy-in and influencing key decisions * Competent project management skills, able to plan and deliver complex change in a fluid systems, processual and ways of working environment * Self starter, able to define, design and deploy cross-functional initiatives and changes * High levels of credibility to underpin influence of a complex stakeholder landscape * Results oriented, committed to hands on delivery * 10+ years of experience in roles where cash generation and margin expansion has been a priority * Knowledge and experience of rebate recovery/vendor management, Accounts Payable and Credit Control processes would be beneficial At IVC Evidensia we recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
