- Hybrid (predominantly remote), based in the London
- Rate £350-£400 per day outside IR35
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to project performance, resource utilization, and project milestones
- Supporting PMO by proactively engaging stakeholders across the Programme on points of feedback and making proactive changes to PMO processes
- Experience with excel pivots, macros formulas
- Experience real-time in listening / capturing minutes, salient points etc. in key meetings and boards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Facilitating communication between project teams,stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Experience of working with Kanban boards
