- Providing sensitive care and support for babies, including nappy changing, feeding, and sleep routines.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in both babies and pre-schoolers.
- Observing and assessing children's progress in both rooms, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of both rooms.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
- Experience working with babies and young children.
- Strong understanding of child development across different age groups.
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a group of children of varying ages, creating a safe and stimulating environment for all.
- Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones in both babies and pre-schoolers.
