Welder TIG - working on varied light gauge jobs, working from drawings, on the fabrication of sheet metal panels, tubing, frames, supports etc Welding to high spec using TIG mainly.

Welder - working on varied structural jobs, working from drawings, on the fabrication of frames, supports etc Welding to high spec using MIG on mainly.

Production Welder - Basic MIG welding of metal components.
Must have some MIG welding skills, but trainees also considered

Using Tube Bending, Press Brake, Gas Cutters, Saws, Grinders, Drills

Grinding/Polishing up sheet metal & steel plate.
Assisting Fabricators & Sheet Metal Workers with their work when required.

Sheet Metal Workers - working on measuring, marking out, cutting, prepping sheet metal frames for specialised work.

CNC Turret Punch Setter Op - working on the setting of CNC Punch machines to produce parts in sheet metal, metal frames etc.

Check work to ensure it meets strict QC specs.
Assist CNC Operators with their work and give advice to them.
Ideally skills with CNC Amada & Trumpf Machines

CNC Press Brake Setter Op - working on the setting of CNC Press machines to produce parts in sheet metal, metal frames etc.

Check work to ensure it meets strict QC specs.
Assist CNC Operators with their work and give advice to them
Ideally skills with CNC Amada & Trumpf Machines

CNC Setter Op - working on the setting of CNC Saw or Laser machines to produce parts in sheet metal, metal frames etc.

CNC Ops - working on the operating of CNC Press, Punch, Saw machines to produce parts in sheet metal, metal frames etc.

Engineering or Sheet Metal Work or Welding & Fabrication
CNC Machinery experience ideally Amada & Trumpf Machines
