Are you fluent in German? Do you have strong customer service and account management experience within a commercial setting? This full time, permanent position (office-based Monday-Friday , offers a salary of circa £30,000 per year, plus companybenefits including life insurance, excellent pension scheme, free parking and annual employee bonus.

The role of the German speaking Account Manager is an office-based role, working for a global engineering company who are located between Eastleigh and Winchester.

Due to the location, own transport is essential. Please note this role cannot accommodateWFH.

The role would suit someone who has strong administrative skills, enjoys working within a smaller team environment and perhaps wishes to move away from a sales-based role.

Working closely with the sales and customer service team you will be dealing with a global customer base, with the majority of your customers from the German market.

Your responsibilities as Account Manager include:

Sales order Processing
Creation of shipping and compliance documents for export
Processing payments
Requesting and providing freight quotes from despatch team
Preparation and conversion of pro forma invoices
Setting up of new accounts
Regular liaison with UK production staff regarding UK orders and leadtimes
Provide occasional language support to Technical & Marketing departments for technical enquiries in German
