Edenbrook are recruiting an Investor Relations Analyst for a leading insurance broker. Reporting directly to the Group Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the interface between the company and the investors, ensuring that our investors are informed, engaged, and supportive of our strategic objectives and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and disseminate clear and concise communication materials for investors, including monthly/quarterly reporting, annual reports, and investor presentations.
• Analyse financial data and performance indicators to provide insights on trends, opportunities, and risks. Maintain and update relevant investor-focused financial models and ensure consistency of data and content.
• Lead workstreams for investor reporting and updates and important investor meetings. Serve as a point of contact for investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to investor relations and financial reporting.
• Organise and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc.)
• Experience in financial services, preferably insurance broking
