- Quality Assurance:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions.
- Project Documentation:
- Assist in maintaining project documentation.
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and site records.
- Support the Site Manager in managing project costs.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with local authorities, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates.
- Essential:
- Previous experience in a construction-related role.
- Knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or related field.
- First Aid certification.
