    A leading provider of flexible workspace is seeking a Broker Channel Manager.

    Having built it's brand on providing the best workspace in the market, the company has evolved it's offering to reflect the new requirements of occupiers for now and in the future. 2024 has seen the start of their next phase of growth, with this newly created position crucial for their success.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Product Sales, the role will lead the sourcing and development of key Agent and Broker relationships for the business.

    With a combination of strategic marketing, relationship building and after sales service, this role will support the strategic growth through lead generation to supporting the full sales life cycle.

    The Role

    • Own all strategic relationships in the wider Real Estate sector: Commercial Agents, Brokers and Referring Partnerships
    • Maximise the lead generation and enquiry levels
    • Proactively manage all internal and external communications pertaining to new locations and availability
    • Design and innovate incentives and engagement events
    • Be the reference point for market developments, pricing and innovation
    • Support colleagues with accurate reporting, sales support and client relationship management
    • Identify and engage with new potential partners and agents in the market
    • Attend key events on behalf of the company

    Requirements

    • 3+ Years of Coworking or Commercial Workspace Sales / Marketing Experience
    • Strong and demonstrable track record of account and relationship management
    • Passionate about the workplace and office industry and market
