Performing aseptic isolation of serum, plasma, and PBMCs (including cell sorting and differentiation of monocytes)
Championing the development, validation, and implementation of primary and co-culture screening assays across 2D and 3D systems.

Driving project advancement by conducting data generation using cell-based screening and profiling assays to facilitate target validation and elucidate mechanisms of action.

Taking a pivotal role in strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing to the development of target validation strategies and the preparation of essential data packages.

Demonstrating autonomy in work, collaborating closely with colleagues across various functional areas to ensure timely project deliverables.
Biomedical Sciences , Biochemistry , Biotechnology or related disciplines.
~2 years of industrial experience (biotech, pharma, CRO or equivalent)
~ Working experience in cell culture including peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), primary cells and cell lines, with knowledge of techniques like ELISA & qPCR
~ Experience with one or more of the following: primary cell isolation, monocyte differentiation, FACS cell sorting, biobanking, high content screening platforms.
