This handyman role is a rare static role based at a modern office over in Solihul with easy parking on site The site is recently refurbished based in the centre of Solihul with very little reactive work and just the overall PPM checks and paperwork.

This handyman role will involve general PPM checks including EM checks, legionella checks and fan coil cleans.

You will also be responsible for any reactive jobs that come up which can include replacing door handles, rails on the stairs, lock changes, painting, and general plumbing issues.


All critical work including air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical work will be covered by mobile engineers in the area meaning you will always have constant support at the site.


You will be joining a large reputable company that has bought 5 companies in their life span with now over 700 employees and cover the whole of the industry from M&E to refrigeration.


You will be glad to hear the role doesn't have a call out and the hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday meaning you can relax at home and not have to worry about your phone ringing.


Ideally you will have previous handyman expierence and come from a FM background, used to working as a lone engineer and have a good understanding of compliance and paperwork.


This handyman role pays a decent salary of £32,000 and has the opportunity of boosting this up with the bit of overtime here and there.
