We are working with a leading cruise company who are looking for a Reservations Specialist to join their expanding team.

If you are looking for your first role within travel and tourism, we have the perfect role for you

The role:

To ensure for all incoming calls received, from both Consumer and Travel Trade, an enquiry is raised, identifying details of caller its source, reason, and outcome.
Maintain call quality requirements, and deliver service excellence by meeting or exceeding company SLA's
Ensure data collection targets are achieved.
To hit KPI's on Sales Conversions and Upsell Targets.
To identify and communicate to the Reservations Manager any issues that may affect or reduce efficiency of you as a Reservations Specialist.
Achieve call out routines to existing enquiries and brochure requests to increase conversion and maintain excellent service levels.
Ensure when taking calls or making bookings correct company procedure is followed so both clients and third parties are fully aware of our terms and conditions for the cruise they are booking.
Fulfil outbound call targets to selected trade partners to maintain company awareness and report back on any marketing intelligence gained to Reservations Manager.
Work as a team to ensure call outs or bookings are completed when members of staff are away due to holiday, shift patterns or sickness.

The Person:

Excellent phone skills and ability to follow scripts
Good communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision
Good Time management skills

- knowledge of cruise industry and specifically grey market would be an advantage but not essential as full training given

The Package:
Salary - £18,000

Commission included

Monday - Friday

Every other Saturday

Shifts between 9am-8pm
