Job Specification:
To ensure warehouse stock is actively managed and maintained to allow engineer visits and customer sales to happen in line with SLAs.
- Receipt of goods inbound orders accurate and timely
- Parts are allocated to relevant sales orders same day
- Parts are allocated to engineer orders same day.
- Accurate labelling of racking
- Regular warehouse cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and manage discrepancies.
- Annual Stock Take
- Pick, pack send all sales orders in day
- Pick, pack send all job requisitions in day
- Pick, pack send all engineer VS replenishments in day
- Any other general warehouse/operational duties as required
Person Specification:
Essential qualifications required for the role
- GSCE 3 x A-C passes 2 of which are in Maths and English
Essential Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Team player who can also work autonomously
- Proactive & results driven
- Flexible approach to work and working hours
Essential experience required:
- Route planning and scheduling experience
