This will give you a blank sheet to structure your day-to-day and give you huge amounts of autonomy as you work with the Managing Director with full visibility within the team.

The role itself will be incredibly varied and there is lots to doYou'll find that you can focus on the quick wins to begin with and there will be plenty of support from their external Accountants who will be on-hand to help while you get up to speed.

The company has a turnover of around £40M per year with an average value of £5M per project.

Your role will be to produce solid Management Accounts and manage the day to day running of the Accounts Department as well as the two employees that you will oversee.
