    Sous Chef - Warrington

    Up to £32.050 per annum (depending on experience)

    Predominantly Monday - Friday days with occasional evenings and weekends.

    We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Sous Chef for our dedicated catering team at The Engine rooms, Birchwood Park, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients.

    About the role
    • Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Vending, Hospitality and a Coffee Shop.
    • Working within a team of 40 and 6 direct reports. 7000 customers on site
    • Covering head chef duties whilst away
    • Working along side the head chef to assist in devising, ordering and collating weekly menus
    • Responsibility alongside the head chef of every day HSE standards
    • Maintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service.
    • Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop
    About YouExperience: Demonstrate at least Sous level experience or higher, showcasing your culinary talent and commitment.

    Creativity: Exhibit a fervent passion for food and the ability to innovate, crafting stunning dishes that leave a lasting impact on diners.

    Team Player: Foster a collaborative ethos, collaborating with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to deliver a memorable experience.
