Description

This is a unique and varied opportunity to where you'll be leading analysis and providing solutions to IT incidents arising because of changes in industry regulations.

You'll be joining a tech company who continue to grow at an exponential rate.

It's a unique role in that you'll touch upon pretty much area of the business, both technical (Infrastructure and Software Development) and non-technical (e.g., Legal, Tax, Finance).

You may have experience of regulations and controls like ISO27001, SOX, PCI-DSS and the like.

Often, you'll be working on projects which haven't been delivered before, so every day is different. Your business analysis, documentation and data analysis skills will be utilised.

And your IT knowledge of networks / servers / general IT infrastructure will be useful as your key internal customers will all be technical experts.

As Senior IT Operations Analyst you don't need to be an expert in industry regulations or laws - we're looking for your skills in knowing who to speak to, where to look for the information, and get it delivered This is where the Service Delivery elementcomes in.

Naturally you'll be a very customer-facing and engaging individual.
