    Senior Business Manager – Consulting & Solutions

    Scope:

    As a Senior Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy.

    You are responsible to apply best sales practices to develop your assigned perimeter and anticipate clients' needs. You master Akkodis business model and have an excellent knowledge of your client portfolio. You initiate and implement actions related to employee retention in order to ensure sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Main tasks:

    • Identify and analyze our clients' tactic needs and trend
    • Cold canvassing based on clients' targets identified by themselves or yourself
    • Manage the overall cycle of a deal
    • Evaluate your client potential and commitment to develop your accounts
    • Participate to our work-package offers: externalization, globalization, nearshore, offshore
    • Participate in business and school relationship events
    • Promote our Group's different contract types depending on clients' needs
    • Manage the entire recruitment process in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team
    • Facilitate career moves within your team by identifying any win-win solution for Akkodis and our clients
    • Optimize consultant's time on projects
    • Conduct project follow-ups, career conversations and take concrete actions to retain our talents within the organization
    • Proactively take actions to identify solutions to limit our consultants inter project period
    • Manage your P&L and forecast
