    Responsible for managing the Global Talent Development Team, to drive the culture, skill and performance shift needed to deliver Kindred's strategy by closing key skill gaps, designing reskilling programmes and supporting everyone to own their own skill and career growth.

    Leading the Talent Development team, setting goals, managing performance, supporting team members' development and improving team engagement.

    Leading analysis of critical current and future skill gaps and identifying measures to track progress of skill gap closure in a way that supports Kindred's DEI goals.

    Designing an ongoing programme to improve people manager performance and skills

    Creating Kindred's career development framework and engaging employees in using it to drive their own career and skill growth in an equitable and inclusive way.

    Partnering with other Talent, People Teams and Employee Networks to design and drive a mentoring approach that supports career development and Kindred's DEI ambitions.

    Infusing a learning culture across Kindred that supports and values continuous development and diversity, equity and inclusion

    Optimising the effectiveness and speed of learning creation and consumption through application of agile, AI-driven analysis, design, deployment and measurement.

    Forecasting and managing the talent development budget with a focus on ROI and spend visibility to improve budget ownership within Talent Development and across Functions.

    Managing external partners, including digital learning libraries to optimise the ROI of external work, resources and spend on our Talent Development goals.

    Optimize Workday Learning and its integration with other elements of Workday, to create the best possible, most relevant learner experience.

    Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of Talent Development initiatives.

    Continuously improving the effectiveness of Talent Development processes, delivery and systems to create an efficiency and stay current with relevant industry trends and best practice.

    Strong technical knowledge of talent development best practice, with a proven track record of driving global organisational performance through strategic talent initiatives

    Experience with optimising learning systems, digital learning platforms and tools, and understanding of how AI can be applied to scale talent development.

    Strong analytical skills and understanding of data required to measure ROI of learning.
    Experience of managing Talent Development teams and growing talent development specialist and generalists.
    Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
    Strong organisational, project management and delegation skills.
