Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
