Description

Adecco Manchester are proud to be working with an awarding body within the education field to recruit for a Junior Administrator to join their business in Manchester on a hybrid basis.


This role will support the Quality Assurance team and you will contribute to the business's quality assurance activities to ensure regulated awarding body organisation status in England is maintained.

Salary of £18,000 to £22'000 DOE, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:


  • To contribute to the regular development and review of academic quality assurance, monitoring and compliance procedures.
  • To lead on and assist the Quality Assurance Controller in carrying out and reporting on internal compliance audits to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • To take responsibility for associated documentation and to prepare this documentation as required.
  • To coordinate the Annual Centre Monitoring process within agreed time frames
  • To control documentation relating to the operations of the Quality, Training and Development department
  • Minute taking
  • To disseminate information regarding quality assurance, monitoring and compliance policies and procedures.
  • To assist staff to gain and maintain appropriate recognition by overseas governments/regulators as appropriate.
  • To manage online portals and data/information submissions for Quality Assurance

  • Experience of reviewing regulatory quality assurance policies and procedures (desirable)
  • Full training will be provided
