    TEAM: ENABLEMENT. Our teams sit centrally and are also embedded in the individual OMG agency brands (OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science), as well as Omnicom Group agencies beyond OMG, to provide customization and applied solutions to clients through our Omni platform.

    TEAM RESPONSIBLITIES: Drive onboarding and adoption of Omnicom's data platform for Omnicom agencies across the region

    ROLE SUMMARY: Drive platform adoption by Agency teams across Omincom Agencies in the region on our priority clients both directly and by working closely with local market Enablement teams

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the L&D training platform by delivering regular sessions on key proprietry Apps like eg; Channel Planner/Digital content
    • Support Omnicom vision of embedding the data platform with our agency users on priority clients by enabling them to drive value from the platform by:
    • Sharing key relevant developments and case studies from other clients
    • Offering support when required to illustrate relevant use cases
    • Foster and maintain EMEA Enablement teams by building community and helping them overcome any blockers they are seeing in market with platform usage
    • Gathering feedback and be the voice of Omnicom Agencies in the EMEA region to work with Annalect global Product and L&D team on enhancements to Omni and the training available

    Additionally, individual objectives are agreed and reviewed on a quarterly basis (as a minimum frequency).

    IDEAL CANDIDATE

    • An understanding of some of the following: marketing technology, behavioral data, audience creation techniques, media strategy, media investment, digital media, dynamic creative, campaign measurement, product design – all things connected to using data and technology to create better marketing outcomes
    • Hands-on experience with a marketing technology or media product
    • Ability to problem solve and exercise independent decision making
    • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise
    • Hands-on experience with training or demo'ing online products is a bonus

    EXPERIENCE

    • Relevant experience at with media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field
    • Experience of working across multiple countries or audiences
    • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, media, English, social sciences or business-related fields
