About the role:


We are looking for someone who has recently completed or is set to complete an undergraduate degree involved in HR, either as the entire degree or as a large part of their studies.

You will work alongside our existing team of experienced HR Consultants, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of HR whilst learning from your colleagues.

HRCentral provide pragmatic advice to our clients covering the whole HR Lifecycle.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a seamless and all-encompassing HR and recruitment service to our varied clients, acting as an extension of their team and contributing to their success.


Our business is industry agnostic which means we work with any industry from STEM to professional services, retailers, hospitality and care providers.

We have a wide client base and the business is continuing to grow, so you will be working with existing and new clients, developing strong, meaningful relationships in an environment that will allow you to see all parts of HR across a wide breath of industries.


We also work closely with employment lawyers, occupational health and other specialist advisors to save our clients' time and to ensure we are achieving the best outcomes.

We alleviate the pain of HR so they can focus on being operational within their business.


This role offers great variety, and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge, skills and experience across HR functions and sectors, whilst working in an exciting and growing business.

There is plenty of scope for job enrichment and career progression.


We are based in in Goring on Thames, nestled between Oxfordshire and Berkshire and easily accessed by train or car.

Our modern, comfortable offices are a stone's throw away from the village and the river, and 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

There is plenty of parking available.

About you:


We are looking for someone who can demonstrate common sense and (most importantly) is eager to learn from those around them.

We are keen to find someone who is looking to progress with a career in HR, shows a willingness for hard work and wants to support the expansion of the business as they learn and grow.


  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Keen to develop a generalist career in Human Resources
  • Have a robust understanding and interest in employment legislation.
  • Customer orientated responsive and customer focused.
  • Able to think on their feet and deliver advice, an ability to develop long term and sometimes 'long distance' relationships is essential.
  • Super organised, able to work at pace and prioritise with an agility to change direction in response to clients and internal requirements.
  • Strong team spirit everyone mucks in and helps each other as and when required equally comfortable working alone when required.
  • IT literate and tech savvy

You may have completed (but not limited to) degrees in: Business Management with Human Resource, Business and Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management, Management with Human Resource Management Business or Management (Human Resource Management) etc.
