    RequirementsJob DescriptionAs a Connectivity Engineer you will support and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of Telematics and Connectivity components and systems.

    You will also plan, monitor, and execute development of hardware and software requirements to guarantee on-time project delivery.
    This includes development, implementation and testing of requirements throughout the V Cycle. They are also able to perform functional and diagnostic testing of the electronic control units (ECUs). Additionally, industry best practices and trends should be employed during the development process.

    This includes adherence to UNECE Regulations and Standards which should be followed to ensure successful homologation (UNR144, 155 & 156 etc.).Technical SkillsBachelor's degree in automotive, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualificationGood overall vehicle E/E systems knowledgeExperience in Automotive Lifecycle, Product Delivery and technical problem solvingKnowledge of automotive vehicle systems and architecturesFamiliar with Application Software development and network communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)Knowledge of Industry standards and regulations such as ISO 21434, UNECE R144, R155 & R156, ISO26262 and ISO14229 (UDS)Understanding of eCall requirements and implementationKnowledge of OTA, Remote diagnostics and other connected topicsUnderstanding of communication protocols such as WiFi 802.11, 4G LTE, 5G etcExperience in the field of software development for ECUs, specifically for telematics and infotainment systemsKnowledge of Software stacks, Microsar, MISRA C is a plusExperience with requirements management tools (Polarion, Doors, etc.)Soft SkillsCommunicating with, advising, and supporting our customers and internal development teamsSupport and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver leading vehicle componentsFluent in English (written and spoken).
