About Our Client:

It won't always be a walk in the park.

  • Need the talent for making customers feel special. Experience in managing people in a Customer facing role is essential
  • Love talking to Customers and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with the daily workload within the team
  • Give your best advice even if it isn't always what the customer or team member wants to hear, you know you are right and can deliver the message with confidence and empathy. You coach and develop people to improve their capability with your support and trust.
  • Have experience in Telecoms, Technical Support and working in low volume/high detail environment with ongoing queries and case management.

The Successful Applicant:

Our customers need help 7 days a week and so this role is Monday to Sunday for 5 shifts per week, on a 4 week rota basis.

Shifts are 7 1⁄2 hours a day with 30 mins for lunch.

  • Some Bank Holiday cover is needed, we'll add these days to your holiday allowance
  • Shifts can start as early as 8.00am and finish as late as 6pm, we think that's pretty good
  • Saturday or Sunday shifts have a scheduled day off in the same week.
  • You're free to work from home for your weekend shifts, they'll usually be 9am 5pm
  • Once fully trained and operational, there will be some degree of flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days per week, in line with business needs.
