This is a super opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join an international firms leading Corporate M&A practice from their London office.

We are looking to speak with qualified solicitors with 2+ years' experience with an international or Irish law firm with a real passion for Corporate M&A work.

An insight into this opportunity:

You will be involved in drafting & negotiating deal documents required in respect of various corporate transactions when advising your internationally renowned clients. You will also provide ongoing advice to clients on other Corporate legal matters & develop strong relationships with them while running the transaction with Partner guidance where needed.
