    We are recruiting a confidential client: Senior Solicitor (registered under Law Society/Solicitors Regulation Authority SRA) - 4+ PQE Solicitor (Recruitment for Multiple Areas)

    Location: London, United Kingdom | On-site

    Position: Full-time

    Summary/Objective of the Position:

    PQE stands for 'Post-Qualified Experience' and is given to solicitors and legal executives in years or a half years. We are recruiting a solicitor admitted to the Roll in England and Wales with 4+ Post-Qualified Experience.

    We seek an experienced solicitor with at least four years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our firm. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of legal matters across multiple practice areas, including immigration, family law, employment law, conveyancing, real estate, intellectual property, private client services, mergers and acquisitions, wills, trusts, probate, banking and finance, white-collar crime, and corporate practices.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in immigration, family law, employment law, conveyancing, real estate, intellectual property, private client services, mergers and acquisitions, wills, trusts, probate, banking and finance, white-collar crime, and corporate practices.

    2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support clients' cases and provide accurate advice.

    3. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.

    4. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.

    5. Attend client meetings, gather instructions, and maintain effective communication throughout the legal process.

    6. Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and precedents in the relevant practice areas.

    7. Work collaboratively with other solicitors, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and excellent client service.

    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and billing information.

    Requirements:

    1. Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

    2. Strong expertise in multiple areas of law, including immigration, family law, employment law, conveyancing, real estate, intellectual property, private client services, mergers and acquisitions, wills, trusts, probate, banking and finance, white-collar crime, and corporate practices.

    3. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    4. Demonstrated experience in handling complex legal cases and providing effective advice to clients.

    5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

    7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

    8. Proficiency in using legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
