    Based in Glasgow City Centre, we are one of the most progressive mutual life insurance offices in the UK.

    This role has a wide remit, allowing you to be involved with different functions across the business, including Marketing, IT and Risk & Compliance.

    This role is ideal for someone who wants to broaden their knowledge and expertise in the UK Insurance market and we will consider candidates who are looking for either a permanent role or a fixed term contract for 6 months.

    Managing all product development (new and review) work to ensure performance is well understood, continually monitored and optimised where appropriate.

    Providing technical product input into the development of protection and savings products.
    Leading the governance process and delivery of product change for own brand and white labelled partnerships.
    Identifying risks, managing them with key stakeholders, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation.
    Ensuring products meet legal, regulatory and industry requirements and exceed industry best-practice.
    Production and presentation of project delivery metrics to Head of Products.

    The successful candidate will have experience within financial services, ideally the insurance industry with a detailed understanding of the technical workings of life protection and savings products including legislation, Consumer Duty regulations and data protection.

    You will have first-class verbal and communication skills including report writing and presentations with the the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.

    With assets under management of over £5bn and more than 700,000 members we have lots to look after and lots more to do.
