    We are looking for a Post Production Supervisor to join our growing creative agency in Central London.

    As Post Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in bridging the creative and technical aspects of animation and editing within the company. You will ensure the highest standards of creative output, guiding our project teams through Post Production to delivery. You will oversee Post Production, fostering innovation, efficiency and excellence across all our projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with our in-house Producers and Film Directors to understand project visions and develop post-production plans that align with creative goals and technical requirements.
    • Oversee and enhance the post-production workflow, including editing, animation, sound design, and colour, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
    • Develop and implement standards and protocols for post-production processes to maintain high-quality creative outputs.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the post-production team, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in post-production to drive creativity and technical advancement within the department.
    • Ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support project and department goals.
    Experience and Qualifications
    • a passion for storytelling
    • 8 years of experience within editing and/or animation, with a proven track record of success in leading post-production efforts on high-profile projects.
    • High energy, ambitious and extremely motivated to be the best at what you do, and constantly eager to learn.
    • Extensive knowledge of post-production workflows, techniques, and the latest software/tools in the industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing creative teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with directors, team members, and external partners.
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and technically, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality.
    • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Animation, or a related field.
