I am looking to speak with registerednurses that have a strong background in general medical wards to join Head Medical.

Your Responsibilities:

• Promoting, assessing and providing excellent standards of care;
• Providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to patients;
• Performing diagnostics, procedures and treatments, and ensuring the correct equipment is available;
• Following procedures, protocols and regulations in a generalmedical ward.
• Observing, reporting, and recording information on patient care;
• Managing medical records and ensuring adherence to data protection legislation;
• Establishing effective communication channels with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration
• Minimum 18 monthsexperience in a nursing role
• Nursing Degree
• Experience of working in a general medical/surgicalsetting
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• An understanding of the importance of teamwork in delivering the highest standards of care
• Highly organised with excellent clinical judgement
