As an International Education Specialist Retail, your focus is to support the Education manager by providing training and education content specific for the retail channel.

You will work closely with the International Retail specialist and Education manager to define the education retail needs of the business to support growth in retail and pharmacy channel.

As an experienced team member, you will encompass the brand codes when representing the brand at education conferences and events within our distributor markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa, to support their growth and success.

You will need to be confident in coaching our International educators and relevant team members in all aspects of Dermalogica.

The responsibilities of the International Education Specialist - Retail. Could this be you?

Key Responsibilities

Communication expert for queries and curriculum updates for EMEA region.
Extends enquiry support to wider international regions (APAC and LATam)
Keeps all internal education team members aligned on strategy and projects
Liaise and coordinate information from the Global education team and disseminate it for our markets.
Works closely with the International Education Manager EMEA and Marketing Manager to strengthen the markets launch strategy with innovation content
Communicates curriculum revision updates
Coordination of digital and in person events for education and the wider international team as required
Coordinates meetings for education team to ensure efficiency
Organises updates for monthly Education Managers meetings
Responsible for training plans and organisation for new international Educators
Supporting the roll out and system updates with Face mapping PRO implementation, tracking within our EMEA markets.
Provides technical support for digital events across different platforms E.g. Zoom & Microsoft Teams
Ongoing organisation and management of Learning Management System
Collates and reports data for EMEA education with the ability to provide analytical outcomes
Works with International Promotion and Innovation Coordinator to create monthly updates to represent the International department within dermalogica
Work with International education manager EMEA to organise, coordinate and measure success of in person and virtual events for distributor marketsLove for culture and people

An aptitude for using Microsoft Office
Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management
Good command of English Grammar
