- Design and manage effective reward strategies and programs.
- Monitor market trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with wider HR team and management to develop reward schemes and on job evaluation and grading processes.
- Provide advice and training to HR and managers on reward processes and policies.
- Oversee annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing reward strategies.
- Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis
- Strong understanding of legislation impacting reward.
